We hold the highest respect for our users privacy (“user” or “you)” at Vayoola Inc. ("us", "we", or "our") and we know that you care how information about you is used and shared. This notice describes what information we collect, use, disclose, and how we safeguard your information when you visit our website www.vayoola.com (the "Site"). By visiting our Site you are accepting the practices described within.
The last thing we want to do is violate your right to privacy and/or annoy you. Hence, we’ve made it easy to opt out of our mailing list and opt out of having your data collected when you visit. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you want us to completely stop collecting data from you when you visit our site. This will take up to 30 days to process. For details on what customer information we collect, please continue reading below.
We will collect Personal Information by lawful and fair means with your knowledge or consent. Personally, identifiable information may include but is not limited to your name and email address ("Personal Information"). While using our Site, we may ask you to provide us with Personal Information that can be used to contact or identify you, as well as for analytic and marketing purposes, such as remarketing and to customize features and advertising that appear on the Site. Before or at the time of collecting Personal Information, we will identify the purposes for which information is being collected.
When you sign up to Vayoola’s Private Beta on vayoola.com/contact, we will ask you for your name, email address, and the #1 reason of your interest, your product web page (if available), brief product description, and any questions you may have (optional).
The above information is collected for the purpose of evaluating your candidacy into our Private Beta cohort and learning how to serve you better. If you opt-in to receive additional product updates from Vayoola, we will also use the above information to inform you of Vayoola’s progress and send you occasional offers or promotions, strictly related to Vayoola.
We will store this information, for the time while Vayoola Inc. is in operation or until you choose to unsubscribe, to enable us to communicate with you as described above. We will never share or sell this information to anybody without your consent, and you have the choice to unsubscribe at any time when you receive emails from us.
We work with advertising partners to create and display online ads for our products. As you visit our site from one of these ads, cookies installed on our site help us learn from which ad you came from, in order to improve our advertising efforts. Our advertising partners then enable us to present you with advertising based on your previous interaction with www.vayoola.com. This means you might see Vayoola ads on Facebook and Instagram. This practice is called “retargeting”. You can opt out of having your data retained by these services by contacting us at email@example.com. If you choose to opt out of having your data retained, we'll no longer collect information from you if you visit our website. This will take up to 30 days to process.
You should be aware that getting a new computer, installing a new browser, upgrading an existing browser, or erasing or otherwise altering your browser’s cookies files may also clear certain opt-out cookies, plug-ins, or settings.
Vayoola Inc. takes security seriously and cares about the integrity of your personal information. We use administrative, technical, and physical security measures to help protect your personal information. While we have taken reasonable steps to secure the personal information you provide to us, please be aware that despite our efforts, no security measures are perfect or impenetrable, and no method of data transmission can be guaranteed against any interception or other types of misuse. Any information disclosed online is vulnerable to interception and misuse by unauthorized parties. Therefore, we cannot guarantee complete security if you provide personal information.
In the event that any information under our control is compromised as a result of a breach of security, we will take reasonable steps to investigate the situation and where appropriate, notify those individuals whose information may have been compromised and take other steps, in accordance with any applicable laws and regulations.
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personally identifiable information to outside parties. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may share your information with third parties that perform services for us or on our behalf, including payment processing, data analysis, email delivery, hosting services, customer service, and marketing assistance.
Be aware that we may occasionally release information about our visitors when the release is appropriate to comply with the law or to protect the rights, property or safety of users of the Site or the public.
However, non-personally identifiable visitor information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses.
Please also note that as our business grows, we may buy or sell various assets. In the unlikely event that we sell some or all of our assets, or one or more of our websites is acquired by another company, information about our users may be among the transferred assets.
We will give you access to any Personal Information we hold about you within 30 days of any request for that information. You may request to access, correct, amend or delete information we hold about you by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Unless it is prohibited by law, we will remove any Personal Information about you from our servers at your request. There is no charge for you to access or update your Personal Information.
Occasionally, at our discretion, we may include or offer third party products or services on our website or via our social media channels. These third party sites have separate and independent privacy policies. We, therefore, have no responsibility or liability for the content and activities of these linked sites. Nonetheless, we seek to protect the integrity of our site and welcome any feedback about these sites.
This Site is not directed to children under the age of thirteen and we do NOT knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13 as part of the Site. If we become aware that we have inadvertently received personally identifiable information from a user under the age of 13 as part of the Site, we will delete such information from our records. For example, if you choose to engage in other means of communication with us and provide additional information, you will be clearly notified of how and for what purpose the information is being collected.
